  5. Hi Noah, Michaya, Olivia, and Garrison,

I’m looking forward to our Skype visit on Feburary 24. Here are some answers to your questions.

I come up with book ideas by reading and by being around people and listening.

I have liked all the books I’ve written, so I don’t really have a favorite. My book, 38 WEEKS TILL SUMMER VACATION, was very popular. I laughed when I wrote it. It was about my students at our school. So I guess I can say that 38 WEEKS is one of my favorites.

I am so glad, Olivia and Garrison, that you are considering writing biographies. They are fun!

    Best wishes, Mona Kerby
